Do you charge for estimates?+
No. Written estimates for repairs, maintenance, inspections and fleet plans are always free, we visit, inspect the car and explain what it needs, and email you a clear, itemized quote with no obligation.
How soon can you start?+
Most estimates go out within a day, and typical projects are scheduled within one to two weeks. For urgent re-services, before a move, a sale or an event, just tell us the date and we'll do our best to fit you in.
What does "free estimates" mean?+
Before any work begins, we give you one clear quote to approve, prep, materials and labor included. No hourly meter, no surprise add-ons at the end. You always decide before we start.
Will you show me what you find?+
Always. Every finding is photographed on the lift and lands in your report with the measurement next to the factory spec, you approve or decline line by line from your phone.
What happens to the old parts?+
They are yours. We set replaced parts aside and show you the wear before you leave, take them home if you like.
Is the work guaranteed?+
Yes, in writing, 24 months or 24,000 miles on parts and labor for repairs. If something we fixed acts up, it comes back to the front of the line.
